Baking Instructions for “Ready to Bake” Pies
Conventional Oven: 390° – 410°
Convection Oven: 350° -° 365°
Preheat the oven to the above recommended temperatures. Keep the pie frozen until ready to bake. Remove pie from the box, remove any wrappings. Brush the top of the pie with egg wash (optional for better browning). Place the frozen pie on a flat baking sheet and place the pie in the preheated oven for approximately 45-55 minutes. Bubbling juice and a light golden brown crust indicate that the pie is done. Allow the pie to cool completely before cutting.
