Kenneth has over 24 years of bakery experience including department management, multi-unit leadership, and director level experience. Kenneth has led and managed teams of 50+ including hiring, training and development, feedback and reviews, and experience in creating a culture of inclusion, and empowerment. In addition, Kenneth is skilled in baking, especially pies, and including scratch artisan breads, pastries, cakes, muffins, and cookies and has experience with vendors, brokers, distributors, and manufacturers. Kenneth’s employers have included Regal Entertainment Group, Panera Bread, Whole Foods, and Costco plus lesser-known companies such as The Salty Donut and Joseph’s Classic Market in Florida, Times Supermarket in Honolulu, Hawaii, Hurley’s Supermarket in the Cayman Islands, and positions in Schenectady, NY, Alexandria, VA, and Texas.
